This policy explains what personal data Reconstitution Solution.co collects when you browse or buy from this site, why we process it, who else touches it, and what control you have over it.
The Short Version
We collect what a checkout needs to work and nothing exotic. Payment details go straight to our payment processor and never sit on our servers. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, we share data with a handful of named service providers to run the store, and we do not sell it to anyone. Requests about your data get a response within 30 days.
Data Collected While You Browse
Our platform records the products you view so the site can show you recently viewed items, and reads your IP address, browser type and approximate region to pre-fill shipping and tax estimates before you reach checkout. A cookie holds your cart contents as you move between pages. If you provide a delivery address early, we use it to quote shipping accurately.
Data Collected at Checkout
To place an order you provide your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address, plus payment details. Creating an account is optional; if you do, you also set a username and password. That is the full list. We do not ask for anything beyond what fulfilment and payment require.
Why We Process It
Your order data lets us confirm the purchase, take payment, screen for fraud, ship the goods, and handle any return, refund or support query afterwards. Account data keeps your login and order history working. We are also required to hold transaction records for tax and accounting compliance. Aggregate browsing data helps us improve the site and range. Marketing email is strictly opt-in; if you never tick the box, you never hear from us beyond your order.
Service Providers We Share With
Four categories of third party receive limited data, each for one job:
Our payment processor handles your card and payment details end to end. Those details are transmitted directly to them and are never stored on our infrastructure.
Klaviyo receives your name and email address only if you opt in to marketing, and only to deliver those emails. Their policy is at klaviyo.com.
Google Analytics collects anonymised, cookie-based usage data so we can see how the site is used. Their policy is at policies.google.com.
Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address for the sole purpose of delivering your parcel.
No personal data is sold, rented or traded to any party, ever.
Retention
Order records, including name, email and both addresses, are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Everything else is held only as long as the purpose it was collected for still applies. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time; statutory records are the only exception.
Internal Access
Access to customer data inside the business is limited to administrators and store managers, and only for fulfilling orders, processing refunds and answering support tickets.
Cookies
Two uses: keeping your cart alive between pages, and Google Analytics measurement. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may not function without the cart cookie.
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled securely by Airwallex; no card data is stored on our servers. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to everything we do hold.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to support@reconstitution-solution.co and we will respond within 30 days.
