At Reconstitution Solution.Co, every vial you receive has spent its entire life factory-sealed inside a controlled supply chain. Protecting that standard shapes our whole returns policy, so read this before you order.

Why Sterile Stock Never Comes Back

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sterile goods, full stop. That covers reconstitution solution in every vial size, syringes and needles, alcohol prep pads, and any pre-packed reconstitution kit.

The reason is simple. The moment a sealed medical supply leaves our warehouse, its handling history is out of our control. Restocking it would mean selling the next customer a product whose integrity we cannot vouch for, and we will not do that. The upside for you: nothing we ship has ever been returned, restocked or resold. It goes factory to warehouse to your door, once.

What We Do Guarantee

No change-of-mind returns does not mean no protection. For 90 days from delivery, we will refund or replace at no cost if any of the following applies:

Your order arrived damaged. Broken vials or compromised sterile packaging qualify. Report it within 5 days of delivery and include a photo.

We got your order wrong. Wrong product, wrong size, wrong gauge, wrong quantity: our mistake, our cost.

The product itself is defective. A manufacturing fault or a factory seal that arrives compromised is covered in full.

Claiming

Email support@reconstitution-solution.co with your order number. For damage claims, attach a clear photo showing the product and its packaging. That is the whole process.

You will almost never be asked to ship anything back. Returning damaged or incorrect liquids serves nobody, so in most cases we ask you to dispose of them safely while we send the replacement or process the refund straight away.

Refund Mechanics

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout and typically land on your statement within 2 to 3 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the claim results from our error or transit damage; otherwise they are not refundable.

Conditions of Sale

Everything on this site is supplied for laboratory research and for the reconstitution of legal, physician-prescribed medications. Any communication indicating intent to misuse these products for unauthorised human or animal consumption voids all guarantee and refund coverage immediately and results in a permanent account ban.
